Keyifli bir konaklama

Cunda’da kaldığımız en güzel yerlerden biri oldu. Otelin atmosferi hem huzurlu hem de çok samimi. Konumu merkeze çok yakın. Odalar temiz, detaylara gösterilen özen gerçekten fark ediliyor. Kahvaltısı ise hem lezzet hem de çeşitlilik açısından yeterliydi. Hatta kahvaltılıkları satın aldıkları mandıraya gidip 6 aylık peynir tereyağ stoğu yaptık. Özellikle Esra Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Karşılamadan ayrılışımıza kadar her anımızla içtenlikle ilgilendi, tüm sorularımıza sabırla yanıt verdi ve kendimizi evimizde hissettirdi. Misafirperverliği ve güler yüzü sayesinde tatilimiz çok daha keyifli geçti.

Otele yarım saat geç alındık, odalar hazır olmadığından. İlk içeri girdiğimizde otel sahibinin hotels.com’un uygun fiyat vermesinden dolayı memnuniyetsizliğini dinledik, müşteriye/misafire yansıtılmaması gerekiyor bu durum, hiç de az ücret ödemedik ada ortalamasıydı. Temizlik konusunda eksikler var saçlar vardı, banyodan da gelen nem rutubet kokusu çok rahatsız ediyor. Otelle ilgili beğendiklerim; çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü, bahçenin çok güzel olması ve doruyucu bir kahvaltıya sahip olmaları. Ayrıca otopark sorunu da yok ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde diyebiliriz.
