The stuff Pınar was perfect 👌 very kind very helpful and very positive. The bed , sheets excellent. Bathroom was very clean and fresh. The rooms were very small. The photograph of the rooms seemed much bigger so I was shocked when I saw the room. Also there was not gardrop and enough shelves

A cheap and cheerful place to stay. One of the main reasons we booked is this site had it come up under those with available parking. However it was an open valet parking who you leave keys with at 800TL for the night. The place had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus a hair dryer and good air con. It wasn’t too insulated for noise and you can hear people in the other rooms and passersby. Basic but priced ay that range. Very central location.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett, allerdings gab es keinen Aufzug, aber evtl. ist es auch normal in den Umgebungen, weil alles rundherum etwas „ältere“ Gebäude waren , etwa Altstadt mäßig. Das heißt Koffer mussten die Treppen hochgetragen werden, unser Zimmer war leider ganz oben. Zudem sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr sehr klein, so klein das man kein Platz hatte die Koffer auf dem Boden zu öffnen. Wir mussten immer Tetris im Zimmer spielen… Das Personal war wirklich sehr Nett & hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage gehabt & war auch sehr nah zu den Bushaltestellen.

Wenn die hygiene gestimmt hätte, wäre es eine gute Bewertung. Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig, im ersten Zimmer gab es einen intensiven Geruch, weswegen wir gewechselt hatten. Der Besitzer war immer zu erreichen und hat versucht sofort das Problem zu beheben, die Zimmer waren sehr minimalistisch, aber die schlechte Bewertung ist hauptsächlich der Hygiene geschuldet…

Ayvalık’ın merkezinde, çok tatlı ve şirin bir otel. Konumu çok güzel, her yere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Odalar estetik ve temiz ama gerçekten çok küçük, balkon da iki kişi için oldukça dar. İşletmecisi çok tatlı ve ilgili. Ancak otel çok ses geçiriyor; üstten, alttan ve yan odalardan gelen konuşmalar dahil her şeyi duyabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca ara sıra odaya çok kötü bir koku geliyordu ve oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Odalar günlük temizlenmiyor, bu bizim için sorun değildi ama havlu değişimi konusunda check-in sırasında bilgi verilseydi daha iyi olurdu. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama ses konusunda hassas olduğumuz için tekrar konaklamayı düşünmeyiz.

Temizlik harikaydı. Uzun zaman sonra çok şükür temiz bir yerde konakladık. Ev sahipleri çok tatlı ve yardımseverdi. Onlar sayesinde otoparka boşuna para vermedik. Daha uygun yerlere yönlendirdiler. Artık Ayvalık’taki evimiz belli 💖 latte go bile var daha ne olsun :)

Bina tarihi bir yapı olduğu için dışarıdan veya üst katlardan gelebilecek belirli düzeyde sesleri tolere etmemiz gerekeceğini elbette tahmin ediyorduk. Ancak odada kulak tıkacı bulunması da aslında ses yalıtımı konusundaki sorunun bir göstergesi gibiydi. Gece boyunca üst kattan gelen konuşmalar, tuvalet kullanımı ve su sesleri; sabah 06.30 civarında ise resepsiyondan gelen konuşmalar nedeniyle uyku kalitemiz ciddi şekilde etkilendi. Bununla birlikte, otelin sahibi hanımefendi son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda destek olmaya çalıştı. Ancak tarihi dokusuna rağmen, ses yalıtımı konusu otelin en önemli geliştirilmesi gereken noktası olarak öne çıkıyor. Özellikle sessiz ve dinlendirici bir konaklama arayan misafirlerin bu durumu göz önünde bulundurmasını tavsiye ederim.

Odam çok temizdi. Pınar hanım inanılmaz derecede ilgili ve gerçekten esnaf kültürünü sürdürdüğü çok belli. Çok güvenilir ve ulaşım rahat bir yer. Yalnız seyahat eden bir kadın olarak tüm dostlarıma güvenle önerebileceğim bir otel kesinlikle.

Otel küçük bir otel hatta pansiyon kıvamında daha çok. Eski bir ev restore edilmiş o yüzden oda sayısı az ve odalar biraz küçük. Eski bir bina olduğu için bina içi ses yalıtımı çok iyi değil. Negatif özellikler bir tarafa odalar temiz ve bakımlı. Klimalar çalışıyor, oda içinde kulak tıkacı temin ediliyor sese karşı ve banyoda atelier rebul istanbul serisi kişisel bakım ürünleri temin ediliyor. Balkonu olan odalar da varlar biz balkonlu odada kaldık balkonlar da otelin avlusuna bakıyor. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde yürüyerek marinaya da merkeze de çok yakın ve otelin yakınlarında yeme içmeli güzel mekanlar var. Ancak otelin otoparkı yok ve otelin bulunduğu bölgeye araba sokmamanızı tavsiye ederim sokaklar dar ve yollar taşlık, her yerden de araç fırlıyor trafik kitleniyor. Yakınlarda bir otoparka bırakırsanız daha rahat edersiniz. Otelde odalarda su veya mini buzdolabı mevcut değil ancak giriş katta bir mutfak var orada hem sebil var hem dolap var müşterilerin kullanımına açık. Otelde bizimle Pınar hanım ilgilendi, çok ilgili ve yardımcı biri kendisine buradan çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bir detay eklemek gerekirse Pınar hanım saat 5 sularında otelden çıkıyor haliyle ama eğer giriş saatiniz daha geç olacaksa hotels üzerinden size giriş saatinizi soruyor zaten yanıtlarsanız size göre otelde oluyor. Kapı şifreli olduğu için hotels üzerinden haberleşmeyi bence ihmal etmeyin. Her şeyiyle keyifli bir pansiyon tecrübesi sunuyor biz kaldığımız süre boyunca bir sorun yaşamadık.

Odada solucan vardı, kapılar var ile yok arasında her ses duyuluyordu. Pencereler aşağıda ve herhangi bir güvenlik önlemi yoktu ve sineklik de yoktu. Asansör yok, 3. Kata bavulları taşımak zorunda kaldık.
