In downtown Ayvalik. Walking distance to everywhere. Very clean and not noisy neigbourood. You need to share the bathroom. It says parking available but you need to leave at the paid parking. Use Pazaryeri which belong to the municipality and 20% of the private parkings.

A wonderful little retreat

Ayfada was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The cafe was not open during our stay. We did have a car and the parking was at a Otopark at the end of the street. It would have been good to understand that prior to arriving. The streets are very narrow.

First of all the staff is great, this is not a hotel it’s a “pansion” which means you are sharing a bathroom with other travelers. The house itself is nice and rustic, but it’s really frustrating for a traveler. For example you can’t lock your room from the inside, you lock it from the outside only with a cabinet lock. The bathroom is very small and you can take a shower right after another guest which is less than ideal. Location is good and easy to get to. This place will need a traveler who is ok with this. I didn’t know before booking.

En kötü kısmı duşların ve tuvaletlerin ortak olması diğer odalarla . Haliyle pis kirli bir ortam oluyor . Sitesinde otopark var yazıyor ama gerçekte yok başka otopark aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Her zaman duşa tuvalete gidemiyorsunuz dolu olabiliyor.

Banyonun ortak olduğunu bilmiyorduk. Bu nedenle hijyenik bulmadık. Banyo havlusu,saç kurutma makinesi vs. yoktu. Bu da bizim için eksiydi. Eski bir konaklama yeri. Odalarda su bile yoktu. Kısacası bizim için kötü bir deneyim oldu.

Ayfada Pansiyon

Ayvalık merkezde, ulaşımı kolay, her yere yakın, eski bir konak olan mütevazi, güzel bir işletme. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her türlü ihtiyacımıza cevap verdiler. Kaldığımız oda küçük ama yeterliydi, banyo ortak kullanımdı ama bizim için sorun olmadı.

İşletme sahibi hanımefendiler pansiyonu ayakta tutan ana etkenlerdi. Her şeyimizle ilgilendiler, çok teşekkür ederiz. Ortak banyo ve tuvalet sürpriz değildi, bilerek gittik ama bence bir daha deneyimlememek gereken bir durum. Bu internet sitesinde otopark var diyor, bilmeyenler için söyleyeyim Ayvalık'ta otopark çok önemli. Sizi bir otoparka yönlendiriyorlar ama otopark ücrete dahil değil. E madem ücret ödeyecektim neden daha yakındakine arabamı bırakmadım, valizimi taşıdım. Biz ordayken sokak gürültülüydü.

Tamamen tesadüf eseri bulduğumuz Ayfada otel gerek konumu gerekse bulunduğu yer olarak merkezin içinde olmasına rağmen sakin. İşletmeye kadın eli değmesinin de bunda etkisi olduğu çok açık . Tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir yer açıkcası.

Çok tatlı bir yer

Öncelikle konumu çok güzel. İstediğiniz her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Dolmuş durağı da çok yakın. Odalar çok yüksek tavanlı ve ferah. Çarşaflar havlular vs. oldukça temizdi. Gönül rahatlığıyla derin bir uyku çektik. İşletme sahipleri çok tatlı. Sizinle kendi çocuklarıymış gibi ilgileniyorlar ve öyle hissettiriyorlar. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Akşamları sokakta oturmak bile çok keyifli. Yine Ayvalık’a gelirsek yine burada kalırız inşallah. Fiyat performans olarak oldukça dengeli. Tavsiye ederiz.

Çok sıcak kanlı karşılandı ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler memnun kaldık tek sorun banyonun ortak kullanımlı olmasıydı onun dışında memnun kaldık. Ayvalık merkezede çok yakın olduğu için kolayca heryer ulaşım sağlayabildik.
