Stopped here for one night recently on my way back north. The location is good - only a couple of minutes away from the motorway.
Room was a good size with a comfortable bed but only had one power point. Only cold water in the bathroom and I couldn't get the tv to work.
Limited choice for breakfast - rice soup and toast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Ok for a cheap one night stay.
NB there is no lift in this building.
No Refrigerator when hotel give us the information said there is MINI BAR but do not refrig seem like intentionaly given the untrue information ,also no hot shower ,the telephone was out of order, there is no wall plug for U to charge U mobile phone bettery, if there was one it was broken,No elevator U have to walk thru the stair with u heavy belonging ;Feeling so hopeless with this place; Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED,for the price that u paid for this hotel U can get a lot of better hotel in Thailand,

Serious ant problem in the room balanced out by a few geckos to eat them... hotel staff didn't know how to process a prepaid Hotels.com reservation and tried to charge during check-in and again at check-out.

Good deal for a one night stand near Ayyuthaia. Cheap Room, cheap food, but no leisure.

Location is too far away from everything, the room I stayed in was a much lower standard than I expected for that price. Bathroom door could not be closed, shower was dripping (basically ON you if youre using the toilet.....) I would stay somewhere else, so many better places for this price (probably cheaper and better too...) Overall, a OK place to stay for a night, if everything else is booked out...

Most of the pictures used for advertising this hotel are from the new hotel which is next door, which is $40+ a night. Not impressed! You get what is worth $17/night. About 6 kms from the city, so need to take tuktuk. There is a bus for 10TB that you can take to the city - ask at the front desk.

We booked this hotel on purpose, because we just needed to sleep one night there and next day rent the bicycle from the hotel as they offer and explore beauty of Patthaya and take train to the north. Hotel is pretty far from the Train station, but on the bicycle it would be no problem. Check in was easy, but they gave us room on the 5th floor and hotel has no Elevator so we had to carry our havy luggages 4 floors up. Room was very cheap looking, but clean floor and pretty big and clean bed. Terrible bathroom changed our mind to take shower and go sleep. Everything was dirty - sink, toilet... there was no toilet paper in the bathroom at all. Shower was dirty as well with so many spider nets and drain was basicly just hole in the floor. Minibar as advaticed on Hotels.com is basicly just two oringe juices on the table without any fridge and two packs of Lays chips...In the morning we wanted to rent the bicycles from the hotel, but almost all of them had flat tires and the condition of the bike was very poor and scary so we better ask them for the transportation to the center and we rent the bicycle there very cheap and right across the Train station which showes up like a very good idea. If you don´t have to, don´t book this hotel. It is thumb down from us and we think that as good company as Hotels.com should take them off their website...

Bare kalt vann i dusjen

My room in this hotel was quite large and reasonably comfortable.
The main issue with this place its a 45 minute walk to the main city, There are plenty of guesthouses that are right in town and very nice.
Also the staff barely spoke English and the hotel seemed to have more a Thai clientele than tourists.
I wouldn't book again, if you had a car it might be o.k, but there are closer places you can stay.

Yes, it's got rooms for rent on a nightly basis... however, there is NO hot water in most rooms (only VIP rooms on 1st floor).
The towels are so hard they can stand by themselves.
Beds are OK - but the floors are filthy, there is no lift (elevator), there is no bell-hop or anyone to help with bags.
Recommend you strongly question your sanity if you're thinking of this place for anything other than emergency housing.

We booked our night at Lima Place for our night in Ayutthaya since it seemed like such a bargain (significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area, at least on hotels.com), but the reason for the price difference was quite apparent. First of all, the map on hotels.com right now is wrong - the hotel is actually much further northeast of the city. We initially didn't think that was a big deal since bikes were available to rent, but the bikes were in rough condition - flat tires, poor steering, loose seats - making for a shaky ride to the main part of town on a road with a good bit of traffic. The staff did their best to find us bikes that were comfortable/functional, but they didn't have a lot to work with.
The room itself was clean but quite sparse; the bathroom is, in a word, minimal by western standards. We had a good number of mosquitos in our room, although I'm not sure that there's much that could have been done about that.
On the plus side, the free wi-fi was great, and breakfast (though not included) was perfectly fine. The staff was as helpful as they could be. Next time, however, I'll be paying the extra money to stay closer to town - it just isn't worth the hassle.
