The property is situated in the middle of a large industrial park. Very difficult to get to by public transport. No restaurants close by. Reception is only open until 8:00om and closed in the afternoon. The reception is very helpful. But for the price the room is clean and sufficient.

« Pas » cher et ça se ressent

Heure de sortie demandée pour 11h, la femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre sans toquer à 10h15 et qui nous réveille. Murs avec de la moisissure, salle de bain proche d’une cabine de Ferry, et pleine d’humidité. Un petit plaid comme guise de couette, et on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir Points positifs, literie quand même confortables, wifi inclus dans l’hôtel, et un service de distributeur automatique qui est pratique

Un séjour d’une nuitée passable mérite une son 3/5. En effet, difficile d’accès sans voiture surtout le dimanche (pas beaucoup de bus), chambre convenable un peu poussiéreux à certain endroit comme en dessous du lit mais au vu du prix on ne s’attendait pas à mieux !

45 min d'attente pour récupérer les clés.

La borne pour récupérer les clés le soir était en panne. La carte de la chambre était indisponible dans le boîtier prévu et on a dû attendre 40 min que quelqu'un arrive, avec 4 enfants petits à 21h30... La personne n'a pas présenté d'excuses au nom de l'établissement à son arrivée. Nous étions plusieurs à attendre devant la porte. Si ce genre de désagrément peut arriver, un peu de respect ne ferait pas de mal.

Bien que petite, la chambre disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. En revanche, la propreté est vraiment désastreuse. Et la personne à l'accueil le matin, pas aimable du tout.

A éviter.

L’état de la salle de bain de ma chambre peut être qualifié d’insalubre, je pense. De la moisissure, partout sur les joints, la porte, le plafond. Poignée cassé. Pas de distributeur de savon en place. Chewing-gum au plafond, un sol dégoûtant. Et je ne parle pas de la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur le local technique…. Bref, mieux vaut éviter.

Hormis un accueil sympathique entre la chambre vraiment exiguë et mal insonorisé douche comme a l hôpital le séjour fut très court car alarme incendie a était déclancher vers 6h du matin et même si ce n ai la responsabilité de l établissement la personne d astreinte na jamais répondu au appel téléphonique personne n avais a ce faire mal parler par le gérant car ce sont nous les clients qui avons subi ce désagrément.il aurait était quand même agréable d avoir un remboursement de la moitié du séjour
