"Had an unfortunate start on arrival when I was told the hotel had experienced a maintenance issue and they couldn’t give me a room until the following day as there was 100% occupancy. To but a long story short, I ended up having to share with my daughter, son-in-law and two infants. We all had a sleepless night. They diid refund us the first night but I didn’t have a room until after midday the following day so I couldn’t unpack or shower. There was no management on duty to deal with the...
