「Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and definitely overrated. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely outdated and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly would not come back.」

「Although I canceled the last two nights, the manager did not respond to approve the refund at all.」
