I booked and prepaid a room for 3 guests through Expedia, but when we arrived, the front desk told us that only 2 people were allowed in the room and demanded an additional charge for the third guest. This policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. 「At 3 o’clock in the afternoon morning in the room. It had dinner. Came back key without working in the room went to the front desk. He made a new key. The key worked in my bag was missing out. The room went to the front desk. We look for a key to a storage room and went in the storage room and found my bag and blown out. Getting into the room went to sleep three hours later, but Manager was counted on the door woke me up to say somebody had left their meatloaf and something else in the freezer...

「The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The cover over the duvet on the bed was clean but had old stains on it. The tub faucet dripped, the toilet seat was loose, the windows were foggy from failed window seals. It’s just an older property that needs maintenance.」

「We were unable to find the opening to the building, walked all around there were two doors and stated that they were not to be opened. I fell tripping over the uneven sidewalk. I would have given this one star except I went next door to Best Western Hotel and found out they were the owners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」
