The accommodations were great! Nice and quiet. Close to Ávila for sightseeing and then back to hotel for relaxation. There is a pool and golf nearby. Great for a week or weekend getaway! Would recommend highly!!

Happy in Avila

What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!

Very nice stay..

The overall impression was 9 out of 10. The reason is that breakfast starts at 08.00 but they offer to give you a "pick nick " basket" in case you need to leave the hotel before 08.00. The swimming poll also is small. Other than that, thrcroom was very spacious and very clean and the hotel staff was always very friedly and helpful a lot.

Our room was nice and the hotel staff, particularly Anastasia, were helpful. The downside was the WiFi worked fitfully or not at all and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Our stay in Avila

Pros Nice room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast OK. Cons Fridge in room but nothing in it. Could not buy water at the bar. Evening meal, mediocre. Chips the only vegtable.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night front desk staff had no English but were welcoming on our late arrival. The property appears to have once been quite opulent. Sadly, it is run down with out of service pool (one week before Summer), unkempt grounds and large convention room with broken windows.

Hôtel au calme proche d'Ávila

L'hôtel est proche d'Ávila au milieu de la campagne dans un environnement calme, la chambre et la literie était très confortable. Cependant l'hôtel est un peu ancien et le jardin pas très bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner buffet proposait beaucoup de choix mais de qualité passable, jus d'orange en poudre, fruits sans saveurs, jambon et fromage industriel, heureusement le pain et la confiture étaient bons.

No A/C. Aislado de la ciudad

El aire acondicionado funciona solo el abanico, dicen que el sistema detecta la temperatura de afuera y se enciende. El hotel muy obscuro y con poca luz en los cuartos, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta para que se refrescara el cuarto y al salir el sol te da en la cara y te despierta. El restaurante tiene un menú muy limitado y cuando pedí un sándwich del menú, no tenían los ingredientes (salmón). El hotel está en medio de la nada. Las instalaciones son buenas.

Muy decepcionante.Pésima relación calidad-precio.

Se ve que este hotel tuvo su época de gloria y hoy vive del nombre con una gestión encaminada a hacer el agosto inflando precios y recortando gastos de mantenimiento. Que nadie se engañe: a pesar de la excelente ubicación, las fotos no corresponden con la realidad y en la actualidad no merece las cuatro estrellas. La piscina, (de 1,30 metros en su parte honda), apenas tiene césped y el vaso evidencia mucho desgaste, aparte de que el único acceso interior era a través de un salón de fiestas donde se celebraba una boda (obligaba a rodear el edificio y entrar por el parking y la entrada principal). Hasta las 10 de la noche retumbaban todas las instalaciones, habitaciones incluidas, debido a la celebración de dicha boda, con altavoces a volumen altísimo puestos incluso fuera del salón de celebraciones. El desayuno iba en la misma línea: la comida caliente estaba fría y el aparato tenía la tapa estropeada, la calidad de algunos alimentos como los huevos era bastante mala, y había poca variedad. Sólo funcionaba para el café una máquina pequeña y no había tazas de desayuno, salvo dos o tres que estaban sucias (estaban lavándose, según el camarero). Las habitaciones sí eran limpias y cómodas, pero no respetaron la preferencia de cama (no se garantiza, pero queda feo con este precio) y la suite del piso superior es una buhardilla y la cama está encajada en el desnivel (ojo a los coscorrones). En recepción fueron amables y pidieron disculpas, pero, en suma, experiencia para olvidar.

VERGONZOSO

No he visto en mi vida un sitio mas lamentable, tan mal organizado, tan pesimo y asi podria estar varios dias poniendo adjetivos. Voy con una reserva de media pensión y solo al llegar la de recepcion ya comienza a poner cara de extrañeza. Resulta que venden una media pension sin tener ni salon ni cocina para darla por que tienen una boda. Para subsanar el error nos quieren darcla cena en el pasillo por donde pasan los comensales de la boda, pareciendo que somos la familia despechada de los novios o bien los fotógrafos despues de realizar su trabajo. Despues de enviar una queja me responden que si quiero me dan una comida, la cual en un viaje de paso no podiamos realizar. En definitiva una pesima organización para un pesimo hotel. Hotel que es mas viejo que un sueño. Las moquetas del pasillo son de antes de la guerra civil. La habitacion con tan poca luz que apenas hay visibilidad. El mini bar ni existe..... en fin ni de invitado vuelvo
