Great little hotel in Avila
We were quite a large group and the hotel were very accommodating. The place is well kept and clean. The breakfast offers a good spread. Close to the walled city of Avila, just a 10-15 min walk away.

3 nights in Avila
We chose this hotel due to its very close proximity to the train station. Very convenient for train arrivals. About an easy 15 minute walk from the old walled city centre. The room was smallish but had a very nice bathroom. The front of house staff were very helpfull and friendly. The beds comfortable. Unfortunately, windows dont open and the hvac system only blew warm air. Consequently, the room was very stuffy. So beware. Also there is absolutely no soundproofing. So every plumbing noise, footstep, and conversation from adjacent rooms is very intrusive. Ear plugs for sleeping are a requirement.

The staff was very kind and willing to help us out. We had to leave early due to an early train, and she wanted to make sure that we had food to eat. So, she had a picnic set up for us to take with us since breakfast was included with our room. It was very nice of her to go the extra mile.

Hôte 4 étoiles ?...
Accueil parfait, personnel très sympa et disponible. L'hôtel est correct mais l'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer, ne comptez pas faire de grasse matinée ! On entend le bruit des personnes qui parlent dans le couloir, salle de bain des chambres voisines... rapport qualité prix correct.

Excelente acomodação e serviço
Foi uma estadia incrível. Como se nao bastasse o alto nivel de qualidade do hotel (alem de super confortável, estava em bom estado de conservação) fui muito bem atendida pelas recepcionistas Ale e Maria. Atenciosas, solicitas e muito simpáticas. Não sei se voltaria a Ávila, mas gostaria wue todas as minhas experiências hoteleiras fossem assim. O hotel era muito próximo da estacao de trem, ainda que todo dia tivesse que caminhar um pouco mais ao centro, a sensacao de carregar malas por apenas 150m é impagável.

Nice place to stay
The hotel itself was very good but a little out of the city centre. It was a fifteen minute walk to the city walls. If you came by train or bus it was conveniently positioned close to the appropriate station. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was basic but only cost 10 Euros. On the second day I have breakfast in the ground floor cafeteria which I though was much better for a light start to the day. The room was comfy. Heating worked well and easy to adjust.

A business trip - location of the hotel was excellent close by to many forms of public transport. Within walking distance of old town. All in all I would definitely stay here again

La habitacion muy comoda limpia y de calidad. No me gusta que la mampara del baño sea corta y se mueva porque pones todo perdido pero es por poner una pega todo lo demas bien garaje privado y bien situado.

駅からもバスターミナルからも徒歩圏内で、旧市街へのバスもこのホテルの前にあるバス停から利用できます（１€）。 部屋も清潔で使いやすかったですが、一つ難点なのが、壁が薄いのか隣室等の生活音が良く聞こえること。丁度土日にかかるときに宿泊して、宿泊者も多かったからだとは思いますが、それにしてもよく響きました。 それ以外は良いホテルだと思います。
