「酒店就坐落在市政厅广场，几步路就到教皇宫，位置十分优越。前台先给了一间看小街道的房间，后来应要求给调换到了看广场的房间，这种房间景观好但在清晨将会受到清扫车的吵扰。房间设施一般，早餐要到旁边的酒店去吃。酒店总体不错的。」

「The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.」

「The location is very good and convenient. It only takes 5 mins from train station to the hotel, and there are many restaurants amd bars nearby. The staffs are also nice and helpful. However, the bathroom is so small and the toilet is smelly. The breakfast is unimaginably bad and difinitely not worth 7€ - the staff told us that is English breakfast so we decided to try, but actually it just includes 2 pieces of breads which you can buy from the supermarkets, and the coffee was just put into the...
