Nous aurions aimé avoir des linges pour nettoyer les tables et des linges à vaisselle pour l’essuyer, un porte-poussière. Nous aurions aimé que l’air climatisée fonctionne afin de fermer les fenêtres la nuit car c’est bruyant. Nous étions 7 alors nous aurions aimé avoir des couverts pour tous et une chaise supplémentaire. Avantages: près du stationnement gratuit et des restaurants.

Ótima localização

Localização ótima, apartamento amplo valendo bastante a pena o custo benefício. Mas alguns pontos requerem atenção. A conexão de internet não tem bom sinal, no quarto ela não funcionava, o que pode ser um transtorno para quem vai a trabalho. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar é que o aquecedor que fica acima da pia, sempre que se usa o chuveiro ou a pia, ele começa a pingar e acaba molhando a bancada por um bom tempo. Requer manutenção

Positivo: Apartamento bonito, espacioso, muy nuevo y cómodo con wifi y todo lo que necesitas. Céntrico. Check in fácil. Negativo: no tiene ascensor, ruidoso por estar situado en una plaza donde acuden jóvenes a beber. Sin parking.

Positif: localisation très centrale, facilité d’accès avec portes à codes, salon spacieux et calme. Négatif: 1- appartement pas encore prêt à l’heure du check-in, la femme de ménage qui commençait à peine à nettoyer a indiqué qu’elle avait prévenu ceux qui germes et pourtant nous n’avons reçu aucune communication pour prévenir et il fut difficile de les joindre, 2- la femme de ménage a retiré nos contenus du réfrigérateur (nourriture de notre bébé et bouteille d’eau) se nous avons finalement pu récupérer mais avec difficulté, 3- climatiseur de la chambre fuit toute la nuit ce qui provoque beaucoup de bruit et d’humidité (et ceux qui gèrent l’appartement sont sans doute au courant car un seau a été laissé à côté mais ils n’ont encore une fois pas prévenu) , 4- odeur d’humidité très forte en dépit d’aération par ouverture des fenêtres, 5- odeur insupportable dans la salle de bain dont une des canalisations doit être bloquée, 6- très peu d’espace dans la chambre des côtés du lit donc pas de table basse ni de lampes pour lire, donc soit lumières fortes du plafond soit noir total, 7- pas d’ascenseur, 8- équipement de pauvre qualité (ils ont choisi l’option la moins chère à chaque fois!). Nous étions ravis de quitter l’appartement à l’issu des 2 nuits et ne le recommandons pas.

Apartamento muy grande y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Lo único que en la descripción dice 2 camas de matrimonio y 4 individuales. Y son 2 camas de matrimonio, 2 individuales y un sofá cama para 2 personas. Por lo demás todo perfecto, comodidad, limpieza, servicios, utensilios. Estancia perfecta

Belle prestation.

The apartment is actually located on the church square (Entrance just behind the statue), not on the street, and we were lucky to find a parking place just in front. Good location downtown where the activity is, and right next to a canal. We could not get the air condition to work in the bedroom (only fan mode) so we had to open the windows at night, but then the apartment becomes very noisy: Should fix it or give explanatory brochure. First time we do a fully automated booking where we meet no one (Codes sent by e~mail the day before our arrival).
