Did not meet expectations. I received a text message before our arrival saying a bellman would be at the dock to help with luggage, no one was there. I’m a senior traveling with 2 children, I could have used the help. When we checked in the woman at the desk said that she would notify housekeeping that we were there and the room would be ready shortly. We waited 5 hours, yes 5 hours! If she said it’ll be a few hours before your room will be ready we would have approached the day differently. We had ants in our room. They said they sprayed, and they may have but they were back the next morning. The TV never worked. I asked for someone to fix it and they did but as soon as we turned it off it didn’t come back on. I wrote a YELP review. The unnamed manager replied he couldn’t compensate us because we booked 3rd party. We only made a deposit through you, Expedia. We paid the remainder at the hotel. They could have compensated me without involving you. No one answers the phone number provided. I won’t be going back and sadly, it causes me great concern regarding the other rooms I’ve booked through Expedia. I currently have 4 rooms book through you in July and August. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me via email so we can discuss my concerns. Thank you
