「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Het is een mooi, schoon hotel. Op een super locatie en elke ster waard. De ontvangst door het personeel was heel warm en behulpzaam. De kamer was groot, netjes en schoon. 」

「L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e alla via principale della città. Il personale e’ gentilissimo, la camera pulita e la colazione ricca e varia. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera sul tetto, sicuramente particolare ma comoda e spaziosa. Il bagno sicuramente è’ stato ristrutturato di recente. Consiglio quest’hotel anche per il rapporto qualità/ prezzo」

「Great hostel in Alkmaar. I arrived by train and everywhere is walkable in town. Small room but you have everything needed. Small Kitchen to share on the floor. But no soundproof. Recommend to visit Kennemerpark!」

「Es war alles top. Nettes Personal, tolle Lage, gute Matratze, Dusche, ausreichende Auswahl am Frühstück. Es war nur etwas schade dass Cappuccino, Espresso etc. wohl nur gegen Aufpreis zu bekommen waren. Schwarzer Kaffee und Tee war aber inklusive. Wir würden wieder kommen 🙂 」
