"We really liked this hotel's central location with offered parking (with fee). Every main things are walking distance. Very convenient. Facility was very clean. Our double bed room had no special view, however the size was very generous, sparkling clean and had all we needed (mini fridge, safe and small table). Air conditioning worked great. The receptionist was not in the good mood when we checked in, we didn't feel we're welcomed. He didn't offer Innsbruck Welcome Card until I asked him. Even though, overall we liked staying here."

"Excellent hotel situated next to the train station, so very central and close to the historic town centre. Views from the upper floors (my room was on floor 10) was spectacular even though the railway lines were directly below. Excellent spa facilities on floor 12 and roof top bar. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated with lots of alternative lighting. Friendly staff and great location."
