"Honestly, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need—from TVs to a dishwasher and oven. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Max, who truly raised the bar for exceptional customer service. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a fantastic variety. This place is an absolute gem!"

"This hotel is in the perfect location to walk to where the galleries and museums are, parks, the opera, and naschemarket. The air conditioner in our was amazing! With the heat wave this really mattered to us. There was also always cold waters available in the lobby. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Immaculately clean and quiet hotel. The self check in was not what you want to be trying to figure out when you arrive tired and late. The shuttle bus displays only 'parkplatz'(parking) it does not have any leonardo hotel signage or markings anywhere. This 'parking' bus came and went 3 times and it wasn't until I asked the driver did I find out its actually for the hotel. Surely even a sign in the window would make sense? I would happily use the hotel again as these things are only a problem if you don't know about them beforehand(or aren't psychic in the case of the bus)"

"Great proximity to the subway and nice restaurants! Hotel is very large and is used for tour groups so expect lots of people around. Despite this, not noisy at all. Wifi could be better is my only hangup."
