One word...Terrible! Like staying in the WORST version of a old, tired, dirty, dorm room with loud noisy neighbors all around. Upstairs neighbors ran around and sounded like they were building a new apartment 24/7 - never could sleep well. Dirty, not painted in years, artwork was posters hung via pushpins, furniture tired, stained and falling apart. Towel racks falling off the walls. Bathroom disgusting. Wouldn’t thing of using anything in the kitchen. TV only offers subscription based options - NO FREE channels. Front door and locking mechanism so dirty - needed to scrub hands after entering and leaving. Unable to secure refund AND unable to cancel future reservation at same place - booked two trips at once. DO NOT stay and this place. It would be the biggest mistake of your trip to Austin!
In the 2nd bedroom it would be great to have a dresser or someplace to put clothes since there isn't a closet.

jar of cigarette butts on the ground in the backyard (gross)

Disliked: Cleanliness
My stay at this location was purely for convenience as it 2 mins from my destination. The towels smelled “funny.” The bed had a waterproof mattress pad which made for lots of noise and sweats. The apartment looks appealing.
The unit is located in a very central location and close to DT Austin. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and there was fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. The negative was lack of normal amenities such as towels, coffee cups, no chairs to sit on the balcony etc.
I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer but I thought this place was fantastic! It was clean and comfortable. Much better than staying at a hotel. The complex had great amenities, the pool area was awesome! It was also in a great location if you aren't worried about being in walking distance from downtown. There is a trail head right at the bottom of the complex that will take you to some great swim holes and also directly to Barton Springs.
Will definitely stay here again

Great location, decent apartment
Decent place in a great location. Room for a lot people to sleep. Beds were fine, pillows less so but it was clean and in a great location.
Would never recommend. Had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Left in the middle of the night due to horrid cleanliness of sheets and other things.
