This place is a gem! Wonderful hosts and food, charming lodging space, and a close walk to some really cool shopping. This is in a residential area just off South Congress. Our stay has been a great experience.

This place is truly a delight. The ambiance is outstanding: quiet ,peaceful, so clean and organized, curated so well,comfortable and just fun. The good was some of the best we"ve had in any restuarant. The staff is so accomodating:youll get spoiled! An oasis in South Congress.

A little piece of paradise right in the middle of town. Stayed here for a short mother daughter get away and this place is a gem. The Garden Cottage is charming and the grounds are beautiful. And we were served a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

This is by far a little slice of heaven located right in the middle of everything but feels like a secluded getaway. Shakti was an excellent host and an amazing chef who brought us breakfast on our garden patio every morning which was a highlight to each day. The attention to detail was superb and the thoughtfulness that went into our stay by our hosts was something you wont see very often anymore and was greatly appreciated.

Our stay was as we wanted quite and believe it or not for the location secluded! The ower was Super friendly and brought a great breakfast to us each morning and told us each ingredient and the orgin of. She is very knowledgeable of the area as she has been there for many years. The. strip was very close with nice shopping and restaurants to choose from.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Park Lane! The property is lovely and tucked away, yet within walking distance to South Congress. The breakfasts are to die for, the bedding is so comfy, the pool and outdoor shower (the latter of which is optional) are awesome, and the vibes there are just all-aeound excellent. Shakti and Samantha are amazing hosts, as well! Stay here, you won't regret it!

Cozy guest house

Clean and cozy, it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend. Shakti goes above and beyond with an eye to detail and delicious home made breakfasts served to us in our room. Perfect location, close to great shopping, restaurants and live music. We give it a 10!

Very Austin

A bit quirky, which is perfect for Austin. Delicious breakfasts delivered to the room and you can eat outdoors or inside. Super close to South Congress - we didn't have a car and were able to walk or uber everywhere very easily.

Absolutely incredible stay! The property is gorgeous, and feels like an oasis, but a 3 minute walk to South Congress street and dozens of great restaurants, bars, and shops. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

A True Austin Gem!

This is a real Austin gem! The room, the garden, the pool, the attentiveness of our host, the breakfast, were all excellent!!! What a delightfully peaceful and refreshing environment! And, the location was perfect; just a short walk to the vibrant South Congress district or a short Lyft/Uber ride (or longer walk) across the bridge over Ladybird Lake to downtown. Perfect place to get some time away and celebrate our anniversary!

What a wonderful place—a cottage in a garden in Austin’s hippest neighborhood! We enjoyed the large space, the outdoor deck (where we watched the pink super moon) and especially the delicious breakfasts. Shakti was a gracious host and a great cook!
