peaceful and tranquil

What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion away from the bustling city. Breakfast and morning quiet time out by the spa viewing the distant greenery, feeling the cool breeze, and hearing birds chirping provided a great start to each day. The house was staged for a lot of people with plenty of dishes, large dining area and a multitude of chairs. The rooms were luxurious and well decorated.

Unfortunately I have to rate this stay average since we booked our stay for New Years based in the amenities including a hot tub and heated pool, none of which were available during our family stay. After reaching out to them, they assured that we would be compensated for the inconvenience but have not received a response to our request. The house is lovely decorated inside and most rooms comfortable. Heating was an issue in one of the bunk rooms as it got very hot some nights.The kitchen needs a bit of work and maybe more flatware and cookware but overall nice. We did get a lot of barking from next door dogs early in the morning but not super loud. Conveniently located 15 mins to downtown.
