Cleaning was insufficient, with hairs and bugs. Apartment smells of strong mold from HVAC. The HVAC is situated directly across from the headboard so air blows in your face all night and the mold makes you congested by morning. The furnishings and pillows are uncomfortable. I was overrun my roaches, gnats, and fleas. By the time I got home, my clothes reaked of mold and fleas were crawling on me. My wife wouldn't let me in the house. The maintenance and attention to detail is substandard; loose shower flanges, missing escutcheons, misaligned cabinet doors, loose towel bars, improperly installed concealed mount hardware, lack of obscured shower glass windows installed during renovation rather than after market products all speak to how an owner operates. The bathroom vanity walls are narrower than my shoulders, so I had to turn slightly to use the sink. Bath sink had incredible low water pressure, so possible restriction in the aerator or angle srop because shower was fine.
No one knew I was there except my wife and the owner. I have no idea why someone would be knocking on my door right after check in without being invited, but that's a good way to get shot. I'm not opening that door for anyone in a place I dont know... very offputting and alarming.
Overall, not impressed at all, won't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless there wasn't anyplace else for them to go.
