"Staff was friendly. Check-in process was smooth. I was in town for a couple of days for job training. I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking... Cleanliness was not up to par. The room was hot. The AC unit buttons were not functioning properly to be able to lower the temperature. I ended up checking out early. Would not book again."

"Good place to go and by the next day or three days; if you are interested in moving to Cincinnati; meaning if you are spending time for business purposes on town is a place to stay; but for vacation 😉 is not. The staff were good, the room service lady and husband were friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good. Although, there was a night that we came and we couldn't park; because a U-haul truck was taking 4 parking spaces; unfortunately the service desk gentleman did not want to leave the counter because he was the only one person at night."

"The ac filter needed cleaned badly so we pulled it out so the ac would work better. The entire unit needed cleaned as it was keaving a musty smell in the room. "
