「Ok, this place was chosen because of its proximity to the airport, when you have a 4am flight the last thing you need is to figure out if Taxi ir Uber is working at that hour so last minute we booked this hotel, and while I am familiar with Raddison Blu, it is very well connected to Terminal 1 and 2. Easy walk to your gates. The bed I found a bit hard, but I was only there for a few hours.」

「Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wird man vom Personal leider nicht mal begrüßt. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und das ist ein no go für mich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gut. Kein aufgeschnittenes Obst, Joghurt und Quark ohne Beschriftung, defekte filterkaffee Maschine war letztes Jahr auch schon. Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht erledigen kann 」

「Habe das Hotel gebucht, weil es nah an der Barclays Arena ist. War ein Fehler, uns wurden vom Personal Fehlinformationen gegeben. Im Vorfeld es wäre kein Problem beim Hotel zu parken. Als wir da waren, auf einmal schon! Keine Parkplätze frei. Und auf einmal "wenn Veranstaltungen sind sind die Parkplätze schnell weg" diese Information hätten wir vorher gebraucht. Mir wurde dann vom Personal erzählt das bei der Barclay Arena problemlos gepackt werden kann und es wäre günstiger als im Hotel. Dies...

「Das Frühstück war super. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Für 3 Personen hätten mehr sitz Gelegenheiten da sein können. Auch das Bad bietet nicht sehr viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Aber für die 3 Tage Aufenthalt war es völlig ausreichend.」

「Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, jedoch muss das Personal besser geschult werden. Dieses war sehr nett, aber teilte uns mit dass wir auf einem öffentlichen Rewe Parkplatz parken sollen (wo man auch pro Stunde zahlen muss). Wir haben dann später gefragt, warum wir nicht in die Tiefgarage fahren können?! Die Mitarbeiterin musste dann erstmal nachfragen - schlussendlich konnten wir dort dann parken. Schade, dass dies nicht gleich so kommuniziert wurde.」
