I have stayed here before in another room which was excellent. The room for this stay was not great for older people. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom.Floor was wet area and I thought dangerous.Thefloor took a long time to dry. I would only stay here again if I booked the right room.

This property had been renovated to a high standard 2 years ago very roomy the bathroom was fully tiled and all the furniture was nice the bed was top quality and comes with a kitchenette. Also very handy location in Takapuna. Looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous shower! Close to lots of amenities, clean and tidy rooms. We were three adults, so the room with two single beds was a little cosy for two adults, but otherwise the space was great.
