Good value here.

Used Off Broadway as a base while our son was in Mercy Hospital for an operation. Convenient location and the free parking were a god send. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room although dated was great. Only issue was the awful pillows. Overall a great stay for the price.

We were caught in the extreme rain and flooding in Auckland. Our original hotel was flooded. I used Expedia to find Off Broadway Motel as a same day alternative. Even though the motel also had some water damage it had rooms above the flood. We walked to the local shopping center and had a delicious dinner that evening. After a good night's sleep we checked out of the motel and went to wait at the airport. Very grateful that we had a place for that night.
