Wonderful location and very clean unit. Hosts were very accommodating when we added our adult daughter to our room. Set up an extra bed, etc. It would have been nice to include shampoo and conditioner. We traveled the entire month and every other place provided it. It was a little strange and somewhat uncomfortable that the hosts came into our unit when we were not there and we were checking out the next day.

After a confusing start (the property isn’t marked nor was parking, and I couldn’t find the owner,) we were shown to our studio. It was immaculate, with spare, but nice furnishings. Everything was comfortable, and the blackout shades appreciated. We found the amenities a bit lacking. No toiletries, beyond liquid soap, provided and only instant coffee. That said, it was convenient to many areas around Auckland, and off street parking in a safe neighborhood counts for a lot! We also enjoyed the view to the water over the rooftops.

The owner is called Chris who knew how to respect me, my wife and my son. He told me the true how to be realistic to/not to go to South Island without enough time to travel there from North to South and transportation.

Disappointing

A no extras stay. Only gave bathroom soap in a push bottle ( on the floor of the shower , too). Unit was very clean, with a pleasant view. Did not honour written contract, for our stay. Buyer beware. We had written confirmation that wifi and breakfast, was included for our stay Wifi was included and excellent, we were informed breakfast was not included, but would be an extra cost. We were very disappointed and planned to leave after one night. The owner was very fair, and only charged us for the one night we stayed.

Excellent for everything

The quality unit was spotless and very comfortable. We were impressed with the helpful, friendly service . It was walking distsnce down to Kohimaramara beach .

It is a nice place to stay with a free of Charge parking lot in a back Yard of a family house 10 mins walking distance from the beach. We found it to be a nice compromise to the City Center as we wanted to drive everywhere.

Excellent place to stay with lovely sea views

Lovely accommodation that is very close to the beach. Great off street parking and friendly host. Ticks all the boxes. Very roomy with a basic kitchen. Fanastic views.

In an excellent location, this spacious and immaculately clean B&B is very comfortable. Has a nice view from the deck an lounge area to the sea. The host is very nice and chatty, we skipped the optional breakfast to dine down in the bay at a cafe overlooking the beach. Easy to find and with parking, and public transport close too, so its perfect for an Auckland trip. The only improvement I could see would be to add a heat pump. Would stay again.

Pleasant stay

The Premium Apartment we stayed for the night was very clean and away from road noises which was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. 25 minutes pleasant unhurried walk to eating places and shops in St. Heliers.

Our last night in NZ

We stayed in the stand alone flat in the rear and it is new, quiet, very modern and very nicely equipped. Location is great, a few blocks from the beach and close to Mission Bay which has all of the necessities.
