The hotel is located in an excellent location. It needs a little of update. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to have an early check in. It was awesome after a long flight. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property.

Great stay close to the city

A great stay, easy walk to great food options, free parking and laundry facilities. The room was clean with a small kitchen with tea and coffee along with a small milk in the fridge which was great. Staff were extremely friendly

There are two restaurants right across the street, a convenience store attached to a gas station close by. We ate at an amazing Thai place Onzon de 5 mins walk away. (Highly recommend) free parking off street was fantastic. Check in and check out super simple. Air conditioner was great and quiet. Loved that there was a microwave and fridge and dishes ect. The room is a bit worn but super clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints! The price was perfect. The shower was fantastic. I’d come again.

Affordable option in trendy neighborhood

Great location. This hotel is right in the middle of the Ponsoby neighborhood so there are plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants within a quick walk and the inner loop bus stop is only steps away. Downtown is a quick scooter ride away. Some rooms have a great view of the down town skyline. Check in and check out were a super quick and easy. Rooms are well-equipped. Inclusive parking is a huge bonus in this neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property for 'passing through' Auckland. The rooms were absolutely fine, a bit smaller than we've has elsewhere (but, Auckland is a larger city) but well appointed and clean. We only saw the chambermaid, our 'key' was left for us and we departed after 2 days before the before the reception opened.

The position in Jervois Rd and close to Ponsonby Rd was ideal. Several restaurants were within an easy walk. The parking courtyard was safe for cars and despite being so central, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipt. Comfy bed and lovely shower. Sky tv that actually works and gives you a good selection! Can be a bit trivky getting in and out of the car park on such a busy road. Was surprised just how quiet tge room was.
