「The room was great, very large. Bathroom was also very spacious. It was perfect for our 1 night stay with St Andrew’s just a few minutes down the road. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable, only complaint is the beds were in front of the windows so we couldn’t open them. 」

「Basic hotel and would benefit of an upgrade, that said the hotel is being done bit by bit, food was excellent, sirloin steak was delicious, room was clean and comfy bed, staff were ever so helpful. Would come back again. 」

「There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. 」

「Very comfortable stay at Ballathie House Hotel! We stayed for two nights, Enjoyed walking the grounds and by the landscaped garden near the River Tay. We also played croquet, and badminton! 「The Cairn Lodge is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful historic architecture in wooded setting, well maintained, accent lighting, beautifully furnished and stylishly decorated. We loved dinner and breakfast in the atrium. Food and service were impeccable. Relaxing bar area, easy parking. Easy in and out. Rooms were also beautiful. Comfortable. Richard gave us a warm greeting and service along with all waitstaff. 「This is a bit of a gem. Family run, very welcoming. Room good size with comfortable bed and good shower. The food in the restaurant was good quality. Situated very close to town centre with parking.」
