"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. We offered him our credit card but he asked for cash and it wasn’t till the next morning I discovered that we had indeed pre-paid. The...

"The room was clean, breakfast average. However, the room faced the tram and train staition and it was loud therefore till late in the night. The room was soundproof and I did not heard anything from the neighbours' rooms."

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tournai, with everything you might need just a one-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering the price. "Beautiful Chateau to stay in with a really lovely clean room for our family of 4 to stay in. Kids loved seeing the fish swimming in the castle moat. There were also donkeys, chickens and geese at the back. Games room on the tip floor with table football, pool and darts. Breakfast was included as continental and had a choice of breads, pastries, yoghurts, crepes and cereals with jams, honey and Nutella plus cheese and meats. Would highly recommend a stay here"

"The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport. "
