my reveiw.

it was a pleasant stay. great pool. probelm with kitchen tap was fixed staight away. There was mould in bathtub / shower, which should be cleaned up. Parking close to your unit was hit or miss, plus very small turning area if unable to park close.

This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property.

Super séjour

Expérience à renouveler sans hésiter,nous nous sommes régalés avec nos enfants, nous y resterons même plus longtemps la prochaine fois. Effectivement les murs sont un peu abîmés ou tachés mais le logement est tout de même propre. Nous avions pris l option draps et serviettes et ne le regrettons pas. Il n y a pas de restauration donc nous nous sommes débrouillés avec les alentours,c était encore plus les vacances. Idéalement situé, à proximité nous vous conseillons bien-sûr le parc Spirou, ou un peu plus loin l'abbaye de Sénanque et le Carbet amazonien.

Je ne critique en rien l’hôtel puisque je ne m’y suis pas rendu. Je me suis trompé dans mes dates pour la 1ere fois de ma vie sur une réservation. Mais impossible d’avoir quelqu’un pour trouver une solution on m’a dis de me débrouiller avec un numéro qui doit être le siège qui n’a jamais répondu… j’ai fait un mail où j’ai eu un retour 3 jours plus tard en disant que rien n’était possible… très déçu… je voyage beaucoup et c’est arrivé 1 fois à un de mes collègues les hôteliers de manière générale sont souvent ouvert à discuté… visiblement pas eux… je dois reprendre un séjour fin de cette semaine du coup ce ne sera pas chez eux malheureusement car trop decu

Nous étions 4, les draps et serviettes ont été oubliés pour les enfants ce qui m'a valu 2 allers/retours à l accueil pour réaliser ensuite qu il manquait aussi les alèses... Les rideaux étaient en lambeaux se qui donnent un aspect negligé. Attaches des fenêtres et portes fenêtres cassées. Les wc méritent un bon détartrage (fond marron). Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser une poêle compte tenu de son état. Enfin quand on se trompe sur le montant que j'ai à payer au moment du départ, la moindre des choses est de s'excuser quand on réalise l'erreur surtout lorsque l'on a insisté avant. Sinon pour le reste ça été...La piscine était agréable.

L’hébergement est pratique même si un accès en voiture n’est pas possible, mais du coup pratique car les enfants peuvent jouer tranquillement dans les allées. Le bien en lui même mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (marche d’escalier à repeindre, peinture des murs,…). Le cadre est idéal avec ses piscines et ses jeux pour enfants. À proximité (en voiture) le centre ville pour faire quelques courses.

Hace mucha calor en el alojamiento, no tiene aire acondicionado pero tampoco ventilación en la habitación de arriba por lo que tuvimos que dormir en la parte de abajo que era más fresca bajando cada noche los colchones al suelo del comedor. La ventana de la escotilla de la habitación de arriba está en el techo y es tan alto que no se llega.

Maison vieillissante avec terrasse en bois abimée. Menage pas fait. Salle de bain avec joints moisis, fuite du robinet de la cuisine. Et pas de clim

Logement mal entretenu ( clic clac cassé / flexible de douche tient avec du scotch / matelas tachés/ etc ) , pas très propre, nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 23h que l’on nous amène les draps et serviettes, le seul point positif est l’amabilité et la gentillesse des personnes du snack . Pour le reste : À fuir !!
