Third stay here and the place just gets better. Unlike other hotels that get tired and worn out - this one is always maintained very well and repairs that need doing are done - not left to get worse. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Restaurant and continental breakfast very good. Close to A1 so easy to get anywhere around. Pool and sun terrace are a big bonus and the pool is on site just a short walk from the main entrance not 1km away, like some hotels claiming they have pool access. All in all a great place for a relaxing break in Umbria and close enough to Rome for day trips. 1hr 10min drive to Rome or train from nearby station 40mins and very cheap. Highly recommended.

Ok for one night with a good pair of earplugs

Good for one night on the road. Ok place but very noisy you can ear everything next door. I give 4 stars because the location is good right next to highway to Rome and great breakfast.

Not good.

There were ants in the bathroom. I think it’s enough to say about this hotel. Located right of the highway this is one of the worst hotels I stayed. The staff is friendly and breakfast is ok, but rooms are bad. Besides the ants in the bathroom, the fridge didn’t work in both rooms we booked and I saw people asking about fridge in their room not working and they needed one to store medicine. Theirs is no easy way to load or unload baggage. There is very limited parking space in front of the entrance, with uphill parking and steps (no ramp).

Short stop way back home

Excellent location just off the highway. I think a bit overpriced for the 3 stars. Breakfast was a mess they were out if products already at 10pm. One of the receptionist then quickly filled up simple things like bitter and cheese. Rooms were fine, very basic but I didn't expect much more actually. Good air-conditioning which I didn't get to see at our next hotel.

Nice stop.

Stop over between hectic tours, to regenerate. Very reasonable, and good distance between towns in area. Right at highway exit, convenient and quiet. Restaurant was very good and reasonable.

Wir waren für einen Zwischenstop hier und dafür ist das Hotel perfekt. Es ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück war für Ausländer in Italien sehr gut. Es gab nicht nur Süßkram. Das Hotel wirkt zwar älter, ist aber gepflegt, die Anlage ist schön und sieht nicht wie ein Autobahnhotel aus. In der Nähe gibt es Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B. den Monsterpark in Bomarzo.
