"Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was great, everything was pristinely clean and the room was beautiful. We were sad to leave! The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "

Staff service was impeccable - very customer oriented and friendly they easily helped with arranging travel to/from the train station and for arranging a guide to tour us around the Medina. Breakfast was delicious. Clean comfortable rooms and quiet setting. Highly recommended. "

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"

"Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
