"This property its beautiful. It’s a bit hidden away, but the drive is definitely worth it. If you come prepared with food and drinks, you really won’t need to leave the room at all. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. "We loved our stay at Turtle Beach Sanctuary. It was very private, quiet, and felt very upscale. Beautiful views and atmosphere. You will definitely want to plan ahead for transportation and your food/meals as it is a bit remote. That being set right into town with a golf cart or less with a scooter. We really would have liked a little bit larger fridge and kitchen but we knew and we would have so it’s what we expected. Love the outdoor areas and amenities that were available. "I really like the hotel, but wend I got to the hotel no one knew that I was coming even with my reservation number on hand, the villa was not clean I have to wait almost a hour with my family for them to clean up, there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper,etc. the communication between the hotel and the villa owner was terrible it was a really bad welcome for my entire family."
