「Run far away from this hotel. The lack of maintenance is astounding. There were some many issues it’s insane. First issue was the sink water was scolding hot if not set to only cold. The shower mixing valve had an intensely loud and vibrating shower mixing valve. Vibration was so forceful it would disengage the diverter spout. The toilet seat will not stay up so any men using the restroom would have to hold the toilet seat up. Towel hanger was not securely fastened to its mount and it fell off...

「This was a family trip of 4 from June 18-21. We arrived a bit early but the young lady at the front desk was so nice and checked us in anyway. All rooms are oceanfront and breakfast was included. The breakfast consisted of eggs, muffins, sausage, cheese, different types of bread, biscuits, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, juices, very good coffee, hot chocolate and fruits such as bananas and apples. 「The front desk receptionist wished my mother a happy birthday when we arrived (Juneteenth baby), and didnt know my brother had a gift set up in our room ready for her. A few hiccups because its during a busy holiday week & season. Only one elevator available to use & it was hectic pulling in the small parking lot, but thank goodness for valet. The view of the beach is beautiful from the balcony. Lively staff. If you do book here, arrive maybe a few minutes early if you can despite the 4pm check...

「Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Breakfast is really good with the ability to personalize it from the grill and at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.」

「This is the place to stay if you're into more traditional quiet cottages rather than big standard hotels. Angie's is so cute and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and everything extra clean. On top of that Steve Sr. is a hoot! And his dog Shredder is a sweetheart. We could talk forever with Steve and learn the history and interesting facts about the community. So much fun! Also great location, next to the beach and board walk and great restaurants. Loaded up on oysters. We will come back here...
