waited 3 hours to check in because they kept saying our room was not ready because of 4th of july and i said you should send out an email to let us know what’s up so they upgraded me to a suite room, if that wasn’t the case my rating would have been better because our room was nice and clean, dinner was great and so was the bar and view ok rooftop, pool needs some help and check in staff is 50/50 but restaurant and bar staff were nice, elevators take a while we had to take the stairs once but parking was easy and $25 for the night and i was able to scan in and our no problem but if they did not upgrade our room i am scared to think how much later we would have to wait to check in and we were so tired form the beach after waiting 3 hours to check in that we had to change our plans for the night and miss out on some things which sucked but the sinatra suite was cool.

They gave us a room that wasn’t ready and was preoccupied. Wasted 1.5hrs trying to figure rooms out. They end us giving us a room that wasn’t oceanfront. Then the new room had hairs in the shower, used soap and personal belongings. Was to say, I will never stay there again. Elevators take forever and at check out, left my room at 11:01 to check out and had to use stairs and find my way like a maze to the front check in area. Finally got there at 11:26! It was insane!!

Check in was atrocious. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:45. Leaving was atrocious as there was a huge line for the elevator. We took the stairs. Nineteen floors down… better than waiting 30-40 minutes for an elevator. Yes, that bad!!!!!

Was a rocket start. Lines for check in took forever but that is to be expected on a holiday weekend. The wait for one of 5 elevators to go up or down can range between 1-25 mins depending on the time of day. After a long wait in line, and to get to the elevator, I get to my room to discover my key card doesn't work. Long story short, I was given the wrong room number when I recieved my key cards. I called down to the front desk and I was very happy to have been assisted by someone who was very very helpful and came back twice to get me into my correct room instead of me going up and down with my luggage so 10 stars for customer service. The rooftop is beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant food is delicious. Staff overall are friendly and very helpful. Is visit this location again...not during a holiday weekend though lol.

The check in process was terrible. Check in is as 4pm. I arrived around 4:15 to a very long line. I reached the desk around 5pm to be told my room still wasn’t ready. We had plans for dinner before a concert at 7:30 so after waiting 45 minutes in line, this was disappointing. They said they would call me when the room was ready. We drug the luggage back to the parking garage and went to dinner. By 6:30, we were finished and still no call. I called, and they said I could check in. We finally got in the room at 7. I asked for late check out, which I had to argue for. I thought I was being very reasonable, I couldn’t use my room for 3 hours, staying an extra 2 was all I asked for. The elevators were very crowded and slow. People were waiting for long periods of time, one customer said after 30 min wait the day prior they just did 21 flights of stairs. The room itself is ok. It was outdated but clean with a comfortable bed.

To start, elevator situation is terrible. took 30 mins to get to our room after check in. Got to our room and had a broken phone, had to call the front from my cell with no action taken.. so then i had to go all the way down to the front desk for the new phone request.. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room.. it was very clear its an older hotel but permanently stained sheets? WEED on the floor behind on bed and weed on the other bed right on top. Just feels like our room wasnt vacuumed at all and them doing new bedding on the one seems like it didnt happen, bathroom seemed clean over all though. its a convenient spot to get to the beach but sorry im never staying here again. Such long waits i didnt even have the patience to wait to complain to the front desk.

The property was dirty, rooms were average, I made a reservation for 4 rooms and all were dirty but 1 out of all had a strong odor. The elevators were hell, more than 15 minute wait to use an elevator to go up or down, that was probably the worse part of the hotel! The cleaning staff were trying to kick us out at 10:35 am and they were hurrying us to leave even though the check out was at 11. The front desk people were nice overall but I didn’t like the hotel for the price they were offering, I paid a whole bunch of money and I was expecting better service and quality. Even though it had a more or less sunroof view it was still very poor. The food took more than half an hour to get to our table and it was just disappointment after disappointment. Overall it was not the best place for us.

when I say we had to endure along with all the other guest, the use of one elevator. These crew to be more problematic for us because my mother-in-law who is a WFT is in a wheelchair. Upon check-in, the line was so long for the elevator. We decided to go on the boardwalk dine and come back at around 11 o’clock just to avoid the line and wait to get on the elevator.

My first impression staying in AC and I was not pleased from Check-in to Check-out. The receptionist was unpleasant when it came to the explanation for valet. The Elevators were horrible, slow, was stuck a few times and skipped floors. The air quality was poor, with dust in the vents and patches that weren't sealed. Additionally, the doors to our bathroom would not lock. I felt unsafe and will not be returning. Would like a refund.

The wait for the five elevators going busy times took quite a while to get back to your room or down from your room. The doors on the rooms have absolutely no insulation and you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. It’s an old hotel but in OK shape it is in a good location and easy to get in and out of

Stayed here during the July 4th weekend. Hotel was nice, had an older vibe but overall very nice. Room was a bit hot (lack of AC), but very nice for a last minute booking. Boardwalk was a 3 minute walk and very convenient.

The pool experience was the best part of the trip. The hotel is a relic that needs serious TLC. But the staff. The check in was slow, the clerk was uninformed and no one bothered to tell us where anything was in the hotel. We had to come across the restaurants and wonder our way to the other casinos. On top of that we asked for an iron. We were brought an ironing board. We already had one of those! And the young man who brought the board didn’t even know what an iron was! What! I had to explain what I meant. It was real interesting around there. So the pool was lovely because it was heated and not crowded. However, there were no towels. I was first to arrive and saw the security guard who unlocked the pool . I asked him to send someone with towels. Did they ever show up? No! Good thing I had my own towel. I really should give it a 2 now that I remember all that.
