"Nice staff and hotel. They charge extra for their pool even when you are a gues which seems crazy but maybe other hotels do this, I just have never experienced it. They wanted $80 for a pool chair. Room was nice, good nightlife, etc."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love everything about my stays here. I stayed at other hotels withing the past 20 years here at Atlantic City. But Sheraton is the best of all, to me. One more thing that doesn't need an avaluation is the location. To me, the location is so much better that all others. The calm, the distance from the shopping mall, the broadwalk, the total convenience."

"Staff wa s helpful at the beginning. I could not reach them for clean towels or to clean the bathroom for 2 days. I tried room service; no answer. They made a few mistakes with my checkout time. The housekeeping staff kept knocking on my door. I paid for late checkout. It did get fixed. The maintenance man came to my room on the first 1 day of my stay. Everyone was professional except housekeeping before my checkout, with the constant interruption and knocking. It seemed someone came into my room when I left because the lights were on that I didn't have on when I left, which had to be staff."
