plenty of parking, they never bothered me once, rooms were clean, some things could use some updating but the rooms definitely align with the price. It's not the Marriott but you're also not paying marriott prices.

The parking lot is safe , and small . Not too much noise which is perfect ! But the rooms could be cleaned better , it is always fresh towels and rags .( even though I bring my own ). The owner and her daughter are the sweetest!!!

Door would not always lock, ants, no water pressure for the shower, and the ceiling in the bathroom is caving in badly. The family that runs it is very nice and would come back if the property improved.

pretty good stay considering how inexpensive it was! when going through the tv channels many of them were unavailable, which would have been nice to know before the stay but it was not a huge issue. the room itself was a pretty good temperature especially with the AC on (my girlfriend and i both like to sleep cold), and the fridge in the room kept our food and drinks very cold as well.

Room was large & clean but I had to wait to occupy. Bed was fresh & comfortable. No hangars because there is no closet, no coffee maker, no iron/board, no housekeeping after 1st night. Walls & doors are damaged or needing paint - need to budget to improve facility. I won’t stay there again
