I had trouble with the security guards carding me in mid conversation with another person after I was served a drink and carded by the bartender ( I was harassed and carded three times in a matter of ten mins ) I felt. Violated and disrespected !!!

The room was not very clean upon check in. The mirror had a handprint, the vanity had makeup and an eyelash on it, and the bathroom light switch had makeup all over it. I called and asked for them to come and clean up the room while we were out. When we returned late in the evening 5 hours later we found they had never come :( We only stayed for 1 night otherwise I would have called again

I paid for the newly renovated room just for me to enter my room and find trash under the bed on the floors , dirty linen on both of my beds and there were hair balls on the bathroom floor and carpet. I also notice that the desk top , coffee maker and phone were very dusty which means nothing was wiped and cleaned. I called the front desk and was on hold for about 15mins , they called housekeeping and she took about 1hr to come just for her to only clean one bed and the bathroom and she left with the other bed still being dirty and she did not dust or wipe anything else! I notified the front desk and the housekeeper that my daughter had asthma and the dust was not good for her but nothing was done about it and i had to clean the room myself because there were no other rooms available!

When checking in the room we noticed a pair of used underwear on the floor by the window. We called housekeeping and was told someone would come to clean it, and fulfill our request of extra towels. We went to the casino for a bit, returned to grab a water & noticed the towels on the bed, but the underwear still on the floor. We then went to the front desk & was assured someone would come and clean it. No one did. This was overlooked during the initial clean and then never followed up with. Then finding out we were charged extra for parking and other fees that wasn’t made clear. No upgrade offered, not even an apology. If it wasn’t for the comps I wouldn’t come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check in, we made our way to our room to find out that both of the beds were NOT CHANGED from the previous customer stay. It took housekeeping 2.5 hours to come change the beds and the hotel manager never stepped in to help. The rooms are out dated and the whole hotel needs an upgrade, including every worker there.

Our room was not ready until after 9pm and the valet missed placed the vehicle we waited well over 30 minutes. Valet also kept changing settings in our Tesla .

Way too expensive dining options, one person at check in, there was a line of 50 people waiting. No housecleaning. On checking out, we were informed we owed $78, per room, for "fees". Not sure what we got from these "fees", but it sure wasn't $78 worth. We should have been informed of the "fees" upon check in. Very disappointing, overall.

I absolutely loved this place and I got such a great deal they have everything this you need in the resort it is so beautiful well kept a lot of workers so you have help any time you need not a crazy deposit you request for room service typically answered with the hour it is expensive buying stuff here but the food was so delicious the service everything! I would love to stay here again!
