In the main I agree with all the reviews -- super clean, has some charm, not musty, not too far from the shore, easy access into Ocean City and also to the Garden State Parkway. Plus it is non smoking! TV has lots of channels. No pool. Extremely loud air conditioning unit in the window. Breakfast was self-serve -- Keurig and packaged donuts and breakfast bars. I picked this motel because my spouse has to use a walker and everything is on the first floor. (If you want to have your car in close to your room, don't pick Room #1.) The biggest problem was that the facilities are small-sized, typical of architecture at the time it was built. Maneuvering into the bathroom was almost impossible with the walker. Had to giggle it sideways, this way and that. Just difficlut.

A great little spot minutes to the beach in Ocean City. Easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway making other Jersey Shore destinations easily drives. The rooms are rustic, clean, very comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. Will definitely book here again.

I loved the communication with the receptionist and how easy it was to get there but there was a dead roach in the mirror cabinet in the bathroom and a sock under the bed

Its a cute little old fashion place to stay. Its nice and quiet and there is a small set up for breakfast every morning. Nit much but just enough. Hit coffee and danish every morning.

The location is perfect for access to the parkway & Ocean City. The rooms are clean. A charming display offers guests breakfast outdoors. So nice to enjoy a family owned businesses & not a corporate chain accommodation.

Great stay. The most comfortable bed I’ve had at a motel like this. Check in was super easy and quick. Probably / minute max since I prepaid. Location, despite being near the parkway, is quiet. Couldn’t hear a thing. Room was very clean with nice touches like soap and shampoo. If I could change one thing I’d add exterior lights to building, I had to use my phone flashlight to open door after dark. I usually don’t stay at properties like this, but the Boulevard was exceptional. If I’m ever in town again, I’d have no hesitation staying again.

We had an awesome time! Very clean and comfortable room, not musty or anything. The breakfast and coffee outside was such a nice treat, too. We will definitely be back! The reviews don't lie, this place is amazing, unique and such a diamond in the rough!

Through the app it said the amount for the room would come out of my account in smaller amounts every week/few weeks, when i got there i had to pay nearly $500 for a small room with very little fridge space or space for any luggage. the “pastries at breakfast” are all snack foods presumably from the dollar store down the road. decent place to stay but wildly expensive for what it is

The owners (mother and daughter) were the nicest people. The location was super convenient, right across from GSP exit 25 and a short drive to the beach. Brand new bathroom. Nothing fancy but just right for going to the beach at a great price
