Didn't respond to communications, no way to check in late as they would not return calls. Would NEVER use again. Didn't help that Expedia US just wanted to refer us back to Expedia Australia either

Nice place. Building doesn't say "Sage" anywhere on it that I could find. It's "Apartments On Ashley" or some such.

Looked nothing like the photos. Not decorated at all, very barren with a strange setup and multiple dead or missing lightbulbs. Good location with a weird check-in process. I would not recommend versus a traditional hotel.

I was very excited to book with this apartment because the pictures appear so nice and it’s in the heart of Atlanta. The actual apartment complex is very nice however the unit that I stayed in was filthy. The towels, washcloths, and linen smelled like mold and carried nasty stains on them . We had to go out to purchase sheets and towels. There were a number of lightbulbs missing. We were excited to take a swim in the pool however the pool was not open due to renovations. In the beginning it was difficult to contact the apartment. I started to become concerned but they ended up responding to me hours later. The cleaning people definitely does not care.

There is nothing that says "Sage" Apartments. It is actually "Anthem" aptartments. We drove around for over an hour trying to figure it out. The directions made no sense and it seemed like they were trying to hide the fact that they were renting out their apartment. If I was in an uber, I would have been in SERIOUS trouble.

A positive review during our stay

The apartment was beautiful and was about 10-15 minutes away from all the places that we went and visited. The apartment supplied the same they would if you had live there or stayed at a hotel. The people who lived in the apartment complex were nice as well. There was nothing really negative to say about our stay except when arrived it was a little hard to find the lock boxes because we didn’t realize that they were attached to the bike rack itself. Over all our stay was amazing and 10/10 would stay here again
