First room that we got in was smelling so bad. Even though smoking was prohibited. Apparently people have smoked and we couldn't even stay one minute. Thanks to housekeeper and receptionist's we have found another room without smell. But in that room water was cold in the shower and sink at night and in the morning. Donuts were dry for breakfast, and coffe tasted bad. We could've have stayed in a cheaper hotel without breakfast and with cold water. But we have chosen to stay at this place. And didn't meet expectations.

After going to multiple hotels from being displaced from my home last week, this was by far the best hotel that I could afford and not feel stressed and worried about the cleanliness, bed bugs, the anxiety, the stress it just went away. The front guest clerk were very welcoming and catered to the needs of each individual guest. As I watched, there was such consistency and the customer service there and I am very appreciative for that. Thank you

The plus, the room is clean and they allow pets. The downside is the hotel is in need of remodeling. I don't think I wander around in this area after night. It's OK for my one night stay.. Probably wouldn't come back.
