Never seen a hotel this dirty. People hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking dope all night. Management treat guest like prisoners. No security in place. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere. Used condoms on the floor. Not safe for children.

Bug motel

This motel needs to be shut down and renovated. The place had a really bad bug problem. I wasn’t even able to stay my visit because I have an infant and was not comfortable with him there. Also they had no concern or cared why I was checking out early. All the lady had to say was he don’t do refunds.

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Roaches are so bad . The room was not cleaned before hand. Upon entry, I noticed dead roaches. No microwave. Don't do accommodate you with toilet paper or anything else you might need. & Lastly the customer service is horrible. The manager in training was very rude and went out of his way to give me a horrible room. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I like this property bc it's close to my job and convenient for me to move around when it comes to grocery shopping as well. The feont desk clerk was very nice, helping me with my stay too.

Bad poor conditions on room and has roachs

This hotel has roach and when I told them about they say would have some come spray the next day so I checked out early and couldn’t get anything back but my 50.00 deposited and the lady at the friends desk understood it was the upper management that said no refunds and I got that through any email no one would talk to at all please don’t stay here the treating you like immigrant just a bad place to stay

Disgusting- never again.

Roaches everywhere, no rest was had because people were in and out all hours of the night. Loud music, children knocking on doors at random times through the evening. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Looks and smells bad

Check in between 3 pm and 7 pm... arrived at 6 pm and was told they gave my room away...all other rooms were still dirty..and was scolded be receptionist on why I was so late.after driving over 6 hours. Was made to wait outside while my room was being cleaned...Room was nasty.. roaches in room.someone else's food still in room..had booked a non smoking room and was given one that smelled like a bar room..had to wash all my things when I got home..they smelled like cigarettes and I don't smoke..bed spread had burn holes in it..carpet and flooring old and nasty... nothing like room advertised on web site..I was told they only have 10 premium rooms and none of them were available. As a female traveling alone I did not feel safe..ended up only staying 3 of the 7 nights I had booked...could not breathe in the room even after spraying it with Lysol and Febreze..also tried a scented candle..

Customer service only upside. Hotel is terrible!

Let me start by saying the customer service was very good A++. However, they arent given much to work with. The rooms are a disaster. The 20+ year old carpets are stained, walls discolored with holes through, the kitchens are NOT furnished, and the bathrooms of the two rooms I was in during my week stay, were below par, first room the shower had only scalding hot or ice cold water, the second room I was moved into had barely any water pressure. Not to mention the smells, and bug sightings.

Glad it's over

The room was filthy, the sheets were stained, the towels had pubic hair embedded in them and there were roaches. The room was supposed to have an equipped kitchen, however there was nothing in the kitchen. There were no updates But the water was hot, the tv was a nice size, and there was a full size fridge.
