The pictures of the room misrepresented theirselves, very small room. The room smelled of mildew and old carpet. Staff were rude and took offense when we asked for fresh towels and linen. Housekeeping never came to clean room.

The staff was awesome. The room was cool and I loved having breakfast, but the staff is what really made my stay awesome. They remembered my name, solved a couple minor issues I had, and did it all with a smile on their face. I only wish the location had a elevator or some type of lift device cause it was hard getting my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, it was a a great stay!

First i was supposed to have 2 double beds and only got one. The pull out couch was VERY uncomfortable. For 240 a night , and I stayed 2 nights.... i could have gotten much better lodgings. The staff was very nice .

Hotel can use an update. Shower pressure is insufficient and mattresses not as comfortable. Not bad but not Hilton standards either.

The staff was extremely proffessional, unique, and welcoming. For example, I was helped with a billing problem asap and the breakfast saved me $$ and honestly, was better than something I would have paid for and very filling. Basketball was a plus as I was able to play with my 16 year old son. I will be back! Walking distance to Truist Park to watch the Braves.

The room has an awful smell the dish washer was leaking water the suds were on the carpet . Roaches was in the bathroo, no towels and housekeeping rhe four days I stayed here . The staff was friendly and helpful but the property needs alot of upgrades . Very disappointed in this chain as I’ve stayed at other locations and it was superb .

This was one of the worst stays of my life. The key maker didn’t work the entire trip so we had to go to the front desk every time we needed in our room. Nobody asked for ID even a single time so security clearly wasn’t very important. The bathrooms weren’t very clean, my shower was clogged with hair from who knows how many people and the shower pooled 2 inches by the time I was done with a 3 minute shower. Breakfast was extremely overcooked, had to wait in lobby sometimes for 10 minutes for people to come back from brining someone else to their room, etc. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Only issue we had was the sofa bed was broken, maintenance fixed it, but we never got the blankets for it. Only a sheet was in the closet. Everything else was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious too!
