As others have stated this property was previously a doubletree. The old sign hangs with shredded tarp hanging off of it as a first impression upon arrival. The lobby and elevators look worn and there was always dirt and debris on the elevator floors that never got cleaned. My TV didn’t work the cable jack was torn up. One night we had no hot water all evening. Again well priced but there are many others that probably don’t have these issues for the same $$$

Well… the price was cheap, that was nice. Staff was very kind. The road noise in the room (8th floor) was VERY loud. No hot water in the shower. Other than that is was ok

I got the impression the hotel was closing, with unmotivated staff, very poor service, cleanliness, and bad breakfast. They charged me an additional $10 or $15, they refused to give me an answer, and didn't print out the details upon checkout. They promised to send it by mail, but I never received it. The staff was very aggressive in their responses, with no desire to work. They gave me a room in a non-smoking area, and the room smelled terrible of cigarettes. I asked to change rooms, and they wouldn't change my room until the saw me angry to asked for the third time to change a room that didn't smell like cigarettes. The room cleaning was terrible; they didn't take out the trash or take dirty towels. The breakfast was terrible.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast and enjoyed the bar. Would not recommend walking around the area. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Would not recommend, the air vent next to the bed was blowing out water droplets onto the night stand and side of the bed, there were also flies in the sink. Broken handle in bathroom

The property was comfy and clean. Though the layout of signage directing people could be a bit more clear, it was relatively easy to navigate. The breakfast was great and there's a 24hr mcdonalds sharing a fenced parking lot which was very convenient. The gym was appealing and comfortable to use, especially with complimentary towels. The staff was incredibly kind and were very quick to work with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable with very nice bedding. The lack of vending other than the mini-store next to the front desk was disappointing, and they didnt have bottled water or fountains available. The rooms were well insulated and had no issue with noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay and me and my family will be staying again in the future!

I rented this hotel for my son while visiting Atlanta for two nights. When he arrived to his room, it was visibly dirty and there was feces smeared on the toilet. They apologized, gave him another room and told him he would get a refund for that first night. When he got back to the hotel later that evening, the air conditioner in his new room was not working and he had to move again. The third room smelled like mold and he left and did not stay the second night. The hotel clerk told him he would be refunded for both nights. Apparently, Expedia was unable to make this happen and he/I was not issued any refund.
