I booked this hotel over a month in advance. I arrived at 4pm—standard check-in time—and after waiting in a long line for about 30 minutes, I was told there were no rooms available and I’d have to wait about an hour. I was in town for a concert and couldn’t wait, so I had to get ready in the downstairs bathroom and leave my bags in storage.
When I returned just before midnight, the lobby was packed with people clearly also waiting for rooms. I was again told there were still no rooms available and they couldn’t say when or IF one would be ready. Over 30 people were waiting, and the staff was completely unhelpful—rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy for anyone's situation. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told they refused to come out. When I asked how do they know who is to receive a room first when one became available, they said "I couldn't tell you" and they had no system.
I waited nearly 12 hours total before finally receiving a room around 3am—just a few hours before my early morning flight. No rest, no chance to enjoy the room I paid for. And when I did get a room, it was disgusting: mold on the walls, dirty sheets and floors, peeling paint, and it reeked of cigarette smoke—despite being labeled a non-smoking room.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Completely unacceptable and not worth a single dollar.
