Great Group Stay

Business trip

Very pleasantly suprised, great hotel in the centre of town, right outside an entrance to the shopping centre. Rooms are a good size ,clean with tea, coffee, coffee making machine and safe. Free wifi throughout and their own free carpark for hotel guests.

Needs updating...didnt have luxurious feel for 4 star in comparison to others ive stsyed in. Rooms extremely hot....air con in room but then its extremely cold. Nice big bed and room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great Hotel the only problem we had was we booked a wheelchair accessible room which we got but it had no grab rails in bathroom meaning my wife had to use the wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor. These little things make a big difference to someone in a wheelchair

Not a great experience.

The hotel was, the room was very small but was clean. I had a shower in my room but would have loved a bath after a long day working. The room key did not work so had to go back to reception to get them reset, I was made to feel that I made them not work by putting them by my phone which was not the case. Breakfast does not start until 9am which is no good if you are working. There was no one on reception at 7.30am to check out, I had to call an extension number to get someone, I rang the number 4 times before someone replied and I got a rude employee telling me to wait as he was busy with an emergency. Not a hotel I would book again.

Nice Hotel Stay

Amazing

Brilliant stay. The staff were so attentive and provided us a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday that my bf organised. The room was amazing and loads of toiletries included and so comfortable! Staff offered to mind our bags for the day aswell and free onsite parking included.

Elevator floor and buttons were dirty. Room had not been dusted, shower head was crusty, breakfast table was sticky and seat was filthy. We were given a room and when we got to the room, someone had already been checked into the room.
