This was a great hotel. We got the penthouse suite which had it's own huge balcony and hot tub. The room itself was small but cozy. The bed was comfortable. Good linens and towels. The wifi was a little spotty but no complaints besides that. Make sure you get breakfast. It was incredible. Good staff.

Jeg havde desværre en ret skuffende oplevelse med rengøringen under mit ophold på hotellet. Allerede ved ankomst var værelset langt fra, hvad man kunne forvente af et hotel af denne kaliber. Der var tydelige tegn på, at gulvet ikke var blevet støvsuget, og der lå hår på gulvet, hvilket var yderst ubehageligt.
I løbet af vores syv-dages ophold blev værelset kun gjort rent tre gange, selvom vi dagligt satte skiltet "Rengøring ønskes" på døren. Dette var meget frustrerende, da vi forventede en vis standard af renlighed. På de dage, hvor værelset faktisk blev rengjort, bestod servicen primært af at skifte håndklæder, hvilket kun blev gjort, når vi var på vej ud af værelset.
Det er virkelig ærgerligt, at rengøringen var så mangelfuld, da det påvirkede vores samlede oplevelse af opholdet negativt. Jeg håber, at hotellet vil tage denne feedback til efterretning og forbedre deres rengøringsstandarder fremadrettet.
