Frühstück ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Badeinrichtung teilweise kaputt. Die Gegend ist schön Zentral aber in der Nacht gefährlich.

El servicio, el desayuno las habitaciones todo muy lindo. La metro está cerca, la zona esta llena de centros nocturnos para hombres, y da un poco de miedo, aunque no nos pasó nada, pero se ubica rápido y no nos pasó nada.

The area and views from the hotel are very poorly and no safe. It is a shame because hotel is great and staff amazing but the area even street where hotel is located makes the visit unsafe. Hotel management should speak to the council if possible

En general y por el precio del hotel está bastante bien, a unos 10 mins andando de Monastiraki, la limpieza diaria y el personal de recepción son sin duda lo mejor del hotel en especial Ioanna y Eleni a la que veíamos cada mañana en el desayuno con una sonrisa. El baño es muy moderno, pero muy poco práctico. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas!

Don't stay here. The listing is full of lies!

Where to start!... Firstly this is not a 4* hotel, not even a 3*. I'm not sure what is Smart about it, there is no spa, no bar, no balconies, no room service, in-fact most of the listing is fake. Hotels.com should remove it! It's 6 months old and everything is broken and falling to bits! Our 1st room was freezing cold and there is no heating apart from the AC but the room wouldn't warm up because the 'soundproof' windows didn't close properly. It was dirty and the shower full of hair. There was also no balcony or city view as the listing on my booking said. I complained but the response was 'sorry, only the master suit has a balcony' and 'we are fully booked' so deal with the issues. Eventually another staff member agreed to move us (they weren't fully booked, there was just issues with every room) . They moved us to an 'upgraded room'... it was completely the same just smaller! But it was warm so we were happy. Then when we showered we discovered that the glass box of a bathroom was designed so badly that all the water just flowed out into the bedroom, turning it into a skating rink. Pretty dangerous! They seemed shocked that this was happening but reading other reviews, I can see this is an old fault. So we had a damp room and towels all over the floor for our stay. This hotel is falling apart. Any good reviews here must be fake. I'd book somewhere else. I'd suggest the hotel stop lying about all the services they don't actually have.

Large, modern and clean room. Spacious bathroom. However, there's no curtain or barrier around the shower so the entire bathroom gets wet. The bathroom walls are all glass. It is frosted on the bottom half but clear on top, so if you stand close by you can see into the bathroom; definitely not my preference. The small A/C unit did not warm up the room enough for me even at its highest setting of 30c; the remote showed the room temperature being just 20c. The hotel is in a quiet area so there was no issue of noise. The reservation indicated that "English breakfast" would be provided, but in reality it was a very meager offering of stale pastries, corn flakes, feta and some slices of cheese, and juice/milk. It all stood on one small table. No eggs, meats, fruits or veggies. No self-serve coffee, you had to ask the staff for coffee, which they brewed in a home-size pot that was enough for 3-4 small cups at a time so there was a long wait to be served a drink. The stay was good for the low rate paid, but this isn't really a 4-star hotel as rated on the booking site..

A GEM AT THE HEART OF ATHENS

Very big minimal design and very clean rooms for a city hotel. The glass baths is a really amazing experience and also we also enjoyed the relaxation of the spa shower. The area is very central few minutes away from acropolis and historical center. On top of that the breakfast its amazing almost everything handmade.

Not even worth it

This was the first time I experienced blatant lies advertised by a hotel. On the website it states there is a pool, spa, bar/lounge and room service. None of this was present or available at the hotel. When I brought this up with staff they were quite indifferent, claiming that all of these amenities were supposed to be open weeks ago. Given that the amenities were the reason why I chose the hotel, I felt slighted and cheated. No apologies were given. To top it off the neighborhood is terrible, I literally witnessed someone putting needle in their arm in broad daylight. I suggest staying somewhere else and to read all of these reviews.

Værelset var neget lækkert, men hotellet lå i et lidt skummelt kvarter. lys på badeværelse var de 3 dage om at få til at du. 3 dage var der ikke rene håndklæder og en dag intet toiletpapir. Og flere gange var der glemt rengøringsartikler. Natportien var irriteret over at skulle finde div når vi kom retur ved 23-tideb

Glad I stayed only one night.

A hotel that seems to have just opened. It’s new and clean but had no internet service in my room and no towels. When I asked for towels I got a bath robe and face cloth. The service was friendly but they didn’t seem to care that they couldn’t even supply the basic service all hotels have (internet and towels)

This is an oasis and little gem inside of a pretty rough section of Athens. I felt very safe in the hotel and arriving by taxi is easy, or reaching the metro during the daytimes is a very quick 3 or 4 minute walk. The rooms are new and light-filled with excellent, motorized shade & curtain options. Very comfortable bedding and bathroom/shower. Spa was under construction or being fixed when I arrived, but use of the facilities were not included in my room rate so that was ok. There is no business center like the hotel website says, but this might be an oversight? Front desk staff is excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me recover an item I left behind in the room. Very grateful and I would stay again if I have business in the area.

Expedia confirmed our booking and charged us. Got to the hotel at 2am and no room was available. Expedia sold us a room that didn’t exist. Had to sit in hotel entrance until the morning. Expedia should be ashamed of this - confirming a booking that doesn’t exist.
