Great location and service. Wonderful breakfast with multiple choices. The hotel is beautiful. The location is so convenient, near a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, breakfast was very delicious and it was a wonderful hotel. When I joined an early morning tour, they prepared a take away breakfast for me, and I am grateful to the kind staff. I would definitely like to use it again the next time I stay in Athens.

Very centred location, walkable to everywhere and so convenient to be back to hotel in the hot afternoon for a good rest under the strong AC. Strong Water pressure is also god for multiple showers we need. Athens is so hot! Lots of good dining options near to the hotel. Good massage is available in the next door.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. I joined a tour that started early in the morning. They kindly arranged for me to go early, before the opening hour of their cafe, for my included breakfast so i can have a quick sit down breakfast before heading out.

Beautiful hotel is central Athens. Recently renovated rooms made for a fresh modern feel. I stayed in room #403 that had great street views and wraparound balcony to take in the vibe from above. Breakfast was amazing!!! Complete your choices the night before for efficient service the next day. When returning to Athens, I’d stay here again. If you have mobility issues, be mindful that there are 7 steps to climb to get to the elevator. On our last day the elevator was out of service and my sister who had 2 knee replacements had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. It wasn’t good. There is a pharmacy across the street should you need first aid, etc. Easily walkable to restaurants, cafes and Ermou St. They have a sister hotel, Astikon House that looks lovely.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for tge most part. Staff was friendly. The hotel and room was clean and modern, however, it's not a fully accessible hotel. There's a flight of stairs to get to reception and the elevator which starts on the reception level glitches. The dining area is on the entrance level. My last day there, the elevator started acting up. I have mobility issues and had to walk up to the 6th floor to get to my room. It was very painful and took days for me to recover after coming home. All-in-all, it's a very nice hotel with walk-in showers but if you are dependent on a mobility device, this would not be the best hotel option for you.

The location was just blocks from Syntagma. The room was comfortable, although there was a black hair in my sink. The biggest issue was the untended front desk. My keycard did not work, and there was no one to help me. Some man from the cafe downstairs came upstairs but he did was nonresponsive and belligerent. I repeatedly requested a manager, and a sleepy-looking man (it was 7 pm) finally issued me a new card. This is not what I expected from the hotel's rating. Pls. staff the desk!

"When I first arrived at the hotel, I wasn't impressed from the outside. Don't judge this hotel by its exterior – once inside, it's truly amazing. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and well-organized. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious with great amenities. The breakfast was excellent and served on time. The room service was also great. I'll definitely return soon and recommend this hotel for friends and families "I stayed in four different hotels during my vacation, and this one was one of the best I'd experienced." - -
