Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room and hotel were nice, but was given the wrong room keys and check in link. Trying to get a hold of someone to fix the issue was painful. Maintenance was the only person helpful and willing to make contact outside of texting in the app. The positive rating are for him.
