Lovely stay in this apart-hotel. Clean well equipped rooms with great access to the tram network, giving access to Athens & Piraeus in about 40 minutes. Nearby supermarket and taverna gave easy eating options. Will definitely use again.

Family visit

Perfect sized apartment for our family of 4. Pros: Large living room, equipped kitchen, huge balcony, 1 1/2 bathrooms, proximity to tram, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF Cons: Road noise, but the triple paned glass blocked out 99% of the sound. Apartment needed some modernizing but no surprises as that was stated in all the reviews. Would definitely return!

This was 1 of few hotels with 4 twin beds in 2 bedrooms. Great for 4 friends travelling together. The front desk was so nice and helpful. Restaurant next door was delicious, cute, and friendly. Little groceryvstore across street. Prices at hotel were great. Nice balconies.

Great location within walking distance to the beach and easy access to public transport. Nice and friendly staff with helpful advice. Our apartment was well maintained, reasonably equipped, tidy and spacious, with regular cleaning service. Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious accommodation near the beaches and not far from the center of Athens. The equipment of the apartment is not the latest, but it is completely sufficient. The noise from the street was acceptable, as there are special glasses in the bedrooms. We liked it, thank you to the nice staff.

Super nice apartment and huge balcony that gave a nice little view of the Marina and a glorious sunset. The tram on the other side of the road gets you directly to Syntagma Square. Taverna Vasillis up the block was great and there's a beat snack bar around the corner for all your corner and quick bite needs. Nisi a quick walk away was also great eating. I'd stay again

Close to trams to go into Athens down to Glyfatha. Beach was 10 minutes away walking distance or you could drive there or take the tram. Bed mattresses need to be replaced, could feel springs. Decor is dated, otherwise it was very suitable for our needs.

The front desk was so helpful. One of our family ended up in hospital with surgery. They got involved and helped us. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and 4 twin beds. Hard to find place for 4 that isnt a pull out couch. Wonderful restaurant half a block down the street. Good food, prices and service.

Noisy

The road is extremely noisy and that affected our stay. Even with closed windows we couldn’t keep the noise out. The apartment was clean and nice. And the location was good with the tram to Athens nearby. And there was a large balcony with both sun and shade, but the noise was too intense to enjoy the great view out there.

The property is near a few good beach locations, near the tram station, great view of the marina and good value for money. However the standard room was below standard for any hotel, l could see it had some updating but still way below standard for any hotel, for example patio door didnt lock, curtains hanging off, and just very depressing.. The premium rooms a little nicer decor but still below standards, quality, fittings etc.. I wouldn't stay again unfortunately but once updated this could be a great hotel in great location.

Really loud noisy room. Earplugs are required (you can find them near the bed). Room is clean, but you’ll need to cook your breakfast or go somewhere to have it. Showers are ok, toilet could flush better. No complimentary water. Fridge is medium size, but that’s more than enough. Staff is really great here. I’m not sure I would stay here again because of all the noise and bad pillows
